Based on rising fuel prices – and the fact that there is no central registry of for-hire motor carriers – we are in the process of developing a “Super Master Directory” of motor carriers.

We capture all contact information, complete their profile data (i.e., states served, fleet size, trailer equipment, etc.), and obtain physical copies of their insurance, W-9, authorities, etc. This information is all provided to you. Further, you are able to enter your loads, control which carriers view them, and make them available to carriers on a 24/7 basis. This is not a loadboard. It is a direct real-time booking system. They want this load information to reduce their empty miles based on current fuel price conditions.

Through our service – 38 Minutes – we provide trucks with access to your freight on a 24/7 basis. 38 Minutes is a full service solution that operates in real time, saving both you and your carriers considerable aggravation. Several of the highlights:

• Instead of sending batch lists of open loads on a periodic basis through email and/or fax, you simply enter your load requests as they come available. Trucks (and brokers) become immediately aware of them.
• As soon as a load is booked into, it is removed from open view. This reduces considerable phone calls checking on loads as to their availability. Your carriers and brokers will appreciate this.
• Carriers are able to book into loads 24/7. First come, first served. They immediately can print up their rate confirmations and dispatch sheets. Literally, they can book into the load at 3 am and send the truck immediately.

• You get vastly increased truck capacity. This is evolving and growing. We are currently – literally – going through carrier lists by state and identifying carriers as to their openness as to being for-hire and determining their states served and trailer equipment assets, among other things.
• We actively monitor trucking companies as a third party. We keep records of all insurance, authorities, etc. and have all their documentation on-file. We monitor renewals and will de-activate carriers unable to provide current insurance on renewal dates. This can save you considerable time and also assures you that carriers are qualified to run your loads.
• 38 Minutes is a full cycle transaction-driven system. As loads are booked, you can monitor their progress through pick-up, delivery, invoicing and obtain valuable historical data over time (we provide dynamic reporting functions).
• You are provided with all the control you require. You are able to determine which trucking companies (and brokers) will be able to view and book into your loads. You are able to double-blind your orders. You set the freight rates and terms on each load.
